Children's Wellbeing Support in Sussex
Children's Wellbeing Support in Sussex
Many children and young people struggle with their emotions, behaviour, or confidence, but their needs aren’t always severe enough to meet the threshold for therapy or CAMHS support. You may have noticed that something in your child doesn’t feel quite right, but you’re not sure where to turn or whether it’s “serious enough” to seek help.
Our children's wellbeing support in Sussex is designed for exactly this stage. These sessions are low-cost early support sessions for children and teenagers, offering a safe, supportive space without the need for a referral or long waiting lists. We focus on providing practical, accessible mental health support for children and young people before challenges escalate.
We also offer therapeutic support for parents who are struggling with the behaviour of their child. These sessions are designed to help parents better understand their child’s needs and feel more confident in how to respond.
