Working with Adults
I help you through a wide range of challenges, including: depression, anxiety, panic, grief, addiction, bullying, phobia or trauma, using evidence-based treatments such as CBT, SFBT, BA, REBT and DBT to teach you coping strategies that enhance your well being.
Working with Children & Families
I help children through difficulties such as sleep, behaviour, mood, grief, parental separation, to help them find solutions for themselves. I offer bespoke packages, depending on the age and stage of the child, while also including sesions for the parents. I offer approaches such as Play Therapy, CBT, EMDR.
Working with Trauma
I recognise the widespread impact that trauma can have on your and your relationships and help you heal and move forward in life. When you have experienced trauma it needs a really specific treatment pathway to release, like EMDR.
I finally felt heard, the tools Claire has given me mean I can carry on working to improve my sleep and the app provided useful tips and information that have helped with this part of my sleep journey.

Hi, my name is Claire and I am an Emotional Well-Being Consultant: Therapist and Life Coach; specialising in Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desinsitiation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Behaviour Activation (BA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Lego Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and to top these, have now qualified as a Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner as well! What does this mean? Well this means that as well as helping people with significant mental health issues such as Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and Emotional Dysregulation, I can also support and enhance everyone's emotional wellbeing and purpose, to help people get over obstacles and create the life they want to live!

My passion is to help you and your family process significant life events and help you with your 3am problems. By that I mean the stuff that keeps you up at night, what you worry about and what is already keeping you so full that other little things become so difficult. By resolving the impact of trauma and childhood experiences I can help you release some of this 'stuff' and organise your behaviour so that emotions are more regulated and less triggered.
One to One Support
I am often asked how many sessions someone might need. The truth is it is impossible to say. It depends on how easy things are to shift, your motivation to change and take action and how stuck certain things are and how far you want to go.
I offer a block of 6 sessions, for 45 minutes each as initial package. This allows us to build a relationship and get to know each other and gives us time to have a full assessment of current situation and work out your specific goal focus. Then it depends on the evidence based treatment package required as to the next steps but we will discuss and ensure that you are happy every step of the way.
I have been developing app courses. This is new and very exciting extension for my business! I have run them as a group approach offering group coaching and support and also as one off individual programs as part of my one to one support.
