So about me, I'm Claire and I live on the South Coast of England in Shoreham-By-Sea. I set up private practice in 2008/2009 when a friend suggested it over a glass of wine! Who knew I would still be going today. When I returned to work from maternity in Autumn 2019 I made a decision that 2020 would be my year to develop my business. I re-branded in February little did I know what was in store! COVID 19 has shaken the whole world and made so many people reflect on what they are doing and where they want to go. This pandemic has been a catalyst for me developing my business in ways I never knew existed.
During the pandemic I focused on 'Project me.' I had 2 young children and had lost my identity, plunged into the world of being a mum and somewhat neglecting my own identity away from this bubble. I love being mum, but I think some days the only way I can describe it is...relentless!! I signed up to a 6 week fitness challenge, which has not only given me back my identity by striving for my own personal fitness and goals, but has given me energy and motivation to focus on what I want to do with my business, and my life. I no longer want a 'side hustle plodding business' and have taken a big step towards moving the business online and developing so much more than I ever thought possible.
I love working as part of a team which was why I was so reluctant to just work self employed, however I now know how I can develop that team and am enjoying helping so many people in diverse and creative ways online as well as my 121 clinic work. I have set up a Facebook Community Group where I am offering FREE support. If you would like to get involved I would love to have you. Join HERE. I love my job!! Not many people can say that can they?! But when you help someone to find themselves and overcome their biggest obstacles it is so inspirational. I feel so honoured to share people's journey's and help them strive for their goals, to be the best version of themselves.
When I'm not working, you'll find me out and about with my lovely family and dog Bobby, planning travels and adventures and enjoying socialising with friends, as well as keeping an eye on Brighton and Hove Albion football games!
